    4 (6 oz each) cod fillets
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee orange marmalade
    ¼ c. rice vinegar
    2 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    ¼ c. chopped fresh chives, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Season fish with salt and black pepper. Place in greased baking dish.
    3. In a small saucepan, combine marmalade, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Spoon evenly over each cod fillet.
    4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    5. Top with chives before serving.
