    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
    2. Place cod fillets in shallow baking dish.
    3. Melt butter; whisk in lemon juice and capers. Pour over cod.

    5. Season to taste with black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley.
