    1 lbs. cod fillets
    1 tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    Hy-Vee lemon juice, to taste, optional

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-by-13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Arrange cod fillets in baking dish.
    3. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.
    4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    5. Sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.
