Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle both sides of cod with 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning. Place cod in hot skillet. Cook 6 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove cod from skillet; keep warm.
Kalamata olives, capers, grape tomatoes, and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning. You can almost taste the Mediterranean!
