    20 Hy-Vee mini pretzel twists, finely crushed
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese
    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper
    1 lbs. cod fillet
    1 c. buttermilk

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, cheese and lemon pepper.
    3. Dip cod fillet into buttermilk; drain off excess buttermilk. Place fillet on a greased baking sheet. Press pretzel mixture evenly over top of fillet.
    4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
