    1 lbs. ground beef
    ½ lbs. ground pork
    ¾ c. finely crumbled bread or crackers
    ½ c. milk
    2 large eggs, beaten slightly
    ¾ medium onion, finely chopped
    ¾ tsp. salt
    1 dash(es) pepper
    6 tbsp. brown sugar
    ½ tsp. nutmeg
    1 ½ tsp. dry mustard
    ½ c. ketchup

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread or cracker crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan.
    3. Whisk together brown sugar, nutmeg, dry mustard and ketchup. Pour over meatloaf in pan.
    4. Bake for 1 hour.
