    1 can(s) Campbell's vegetable soup
    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    ½ c. fine dry bread crumbs
    ½ c. finely chopped onion

    Directions

    1. Mix vegetable soup, ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and onion thoroughly. Pat firmly into an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
