|1 can(s) Campbell's vegetable soup|
|2 lbs. ground beef|
|1 large egg, beaten|
|1 tsp. salt|
|½ c. fine dry bread crumbs|
|½ c. finely chopped onion|
- Mix vegetable soup, ground beef, egg, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and onion thoroughly. Pat firmly into an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
