Directions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, cracker crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard. Pat into a well-greased 6-inch cast iron skillet.
- Grill skillet for 15 minutes over hot coals or high heat.
- Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons dry mustard and dill weed in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
- Drain grease.
- Flip meatloaf out of the skillet onto the grill. Pour sauce over the meatloaf and grill for 10 more minutes.
