    1 lbs. ground beef
    ¼ c. chopped onion
    ½ c. crushed crackers
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. salt
    ½ tbsp. prepared mustard
    ½ c. ketchup
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    ½ tsp. dill weed


    1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, cracker crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard. Pat into a well-greased 6-inch cast iron skillet.
    2. Grill skillet for 15 minutes over hot coals or high heat.
    3. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, brown sugar, 2 teaspoons dry mustard and dill weed in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
    4. Drain grease.
    5. Flip meatloaf out of the skillet onto the grill. Pour sauce over the meatloaf and grill for 10 more minutes.
