    2 lbs. 85%-lean ground beef
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee plain dry bread crumbs
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¼ c. water
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee ketchup

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    2. Combine soup mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs and water. Shape into a loaf, place on a 13-by-9-inch baking or roasting pan and baste with ketchup.

    3. Bake 50 minutes and broil for 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
