1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats | ||
½ c. chopped onion | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee low-sodium tomato juice | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. pepper | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee dill pickle relish | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup |
Directions
- Mix ground beef, ground pork, oats, onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pickle relish.
- Place mixture in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Form into loaf. Frost with ketchup.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Let stand 15 minutes. Drain grease before serving.
