    2 lbs. ground beef
    1 lbs. ground pork
    1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick oats
    ½ c. chopped onion
    2 c. Hy-Vee low-sodium tomato juice
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. pepper
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ½ c. Hy-Vee dill pickle relish
    ½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup

    Directions

    1. Mix ground beef, ground pork, oats, onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and pickle relish.
    2. Place mixture in a 9-by-13-inch pan. Form into loaf. Frost with ketchup.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    4. Let stand 15 minutes. Drain grease before serving.
