    ½ c. sundried tomatoes
    ½ c. plus 1/3 cup ketchup
    ½ c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash tomato/basil/garlic seasoning
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    ½ c. shredded asiago cheese
    2 large egg whites
    1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 lbs. ground beef

    Directions

    1. Place sundried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand 30 minutes or until soft. Drain and chop into fine pieces.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    3. In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup ketchup, oatmeal, seasonings, onion, cheese, egg whites, sundried tomatoes and ground beef.
    4. Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Shape meat mixture to fit pan.
    5. Spread remaining 1/3 cup ketchup over meatloaf.
    6. Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
    7. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
