½ c. quick cooking oatmeal | ||
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash tomato/basil/garlic seasoning | ||
1 c. finely chopped onion | ||
½ c. shredded asiago cheese | ||
2 large egg whites | ||
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning | ||
1 lbs. ground beef |
Directions
- Place sundried tomatoes in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand 30 minutes or until soft. Drain and chop into fine pieces.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup ketchup, oatmeal, seasonings, onion, cheese, egg whites, sundried tomatoes and ground beef.
- Spray a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan. Shape meat mixture to fit pan.
- Spread remaining 1/3 cup ketchup over meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
