Company Cranberry Relish
Servings and Ingredients
|2 (3 oz) packages Hy-Vee raspberry gelatin|
|3 c. boiling water|
|1 (12 oz) bag fresh cranberries|
|2 medium oranges, with peel, quartered|
|2 medium apples, with peel, quartered and cored|
|1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
- In a large bowl, stir gelatin into water until gelatin is dissolved.
- Meanwhile, in a food processor, combine cranberries, oranges and apples. Process until desired consistency is reached.
- Stir cranberry mixture into gelatin. Stir in sugar.
- Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until cold.
