Need a no-cook cranberry relish that's best if it's made ahead? Found it! This relish is fabulous served with dinner, but it really shines on a turkey sandwich.

2 oranges
1 (12 oz) bag fresh Ocean Spray cranberries
½ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
⅛ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cloves

Directions

  1. Finely grate 2 tablespoons zest from oranges. Peel and cut away pith from oranges.
  2. In food processor, pulse cranberries with zest, oranges, sugar and cloves until finely chopped.
  3. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
