Balsamic, Pear and Drunken Goat Cheese Crackers
Primary Media
Description
Balsamic glaze elevates the flavor of so many foods—meats, fruits, even desserts. You can easily make your own glaze by placing 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, along with a tablespoon of honey or brown sugar, in a saucepan over medium heat. Once it starts to bubble, lower the heat and allow it to simmer until it's reduced by almost half.
