Strawberry Basil and Cream Cheese Crackers
Change up your cheese and crackers by adding chopped fruit and fresh herbs.
Servings and Ingredients
|1 c. chopped strawberries|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened|
|16 Triscuit crackers|
|4 basil leaves, thinly sliced and chopped|
- In a small bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; set aside.
- Spread cream cheese on crackers. Top each cracker with strawberries and basil leaves.
