    ½ c. pomegranate seeds, plus additional for garnish

    1. Beat cream cheese and Boursin cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

    2. Stir in grated Drunken goat cheese and pomegranate seeds. Shape into a ball; refrigerate 10 minutes. Roll in additional pomegranate seeds before serving.
