Spread pizza dough on baking sheet. Drizzle dough with garlic olive oil.
Arrange produce to create a design. Spray design lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for 12 minutes; rotate and spray lightly with cooking spray again. Bake for another 12 minutes; remove from oven. Let cool slightly before slicing.
