Some of these desserts were intentionally made vegan; others just happen to be vegan; and all of them are absolutely delicious.

  1. Vegan Banana Split

It may be dairy-free ice cream but we're telling ya, it's pretty darn delicious, especially with a peanut butter drizzle.

  2. Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

If you think it looks delicious, you're right. It's a dense but tender chocolaty cake with a whipped, airy peanut butter frosting.

  3. Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Instead of using an egg to bind this peanut buttery dough, we use a chia egg, making the raw dough perfectly safe to consume... should you be tempted.

  4. Vegan Apple Pie

We used to think the best part about pie crust was the butter. But then we tried it this way. It's better, don't you think?

  5. Vegan Banana-Oatmeal Cookies

  6. Toasted Coconut Ice Cream

You CAN make vegan homemade ice cream. Using coconut milk instead of cream gives it the same thick, scoopable texture and adds tons of flavor.

  7. Sweet Fruit Roll

This citrusy-sweet "sushi" roll is as fun to eat as it is delicious.

  8. Chocolaty Avocado Pudding

The title gives it away, but blending ripe avocado into your pudding brings it to a whole new level of creamy ... without the cream, of course.
