Place cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Beat in blue cheese dressing until combined. Beat in buffalo wing sauce until smooth and creamy. Fold in tomatoes and green chilies, chicken, Cheddar cheese, green onions, and blue cheese. Transfer mixture to prepared skillet.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with additional buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese, and green onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
