½ c. Hy-Vee chunky blue cheese dressing | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee buffalo wing sauce | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken chunks | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp cheddar cheese | ||
½ c. green onions, sliced | ||
¼ c. crumbled blue cheese, plus additional for garnish | ||
Celery sticks, for serving |

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a cast iron skillet large enough to hold 3 cups; set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 30 seconds. Beat in blue cheese dressing until combined. Beat in buffalo wing sauce until smooth and creamy. Fold in chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions and blue cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, garnish with additional blue cheese. Serve with celery sticks.
