    1 ½ c. That’s Smart! 1% milkfat low fat cottage cheese
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    6 oz. Hy-Vee Kitchen picked rotisserie chicken, finely shredded
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    Soirée blue cheese crumbles, for garnish
    Green onions, for garnish
    Chili lime- or ranch-flavor tortilla-style protein chips, for serving
    Fresh vegetables, for serving

    • 1½-qt. broiler-safe baking dish

    Directions

    1. Place oven rack 6 in. from heat. Preheat broiler to HIGH.

    2. Place 1 cup hot sauce, cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender. Cover and blend on high for 30 to 60 seconds or until smooth.

    3. Transfer cottage cheese mixture to a 1½‑qt. broiler-safe baking dish. Stir in chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese.

    4. Broil for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through and Cheddar cheese is bubbly and begins to brown. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes or until dip begins to slightly thicken. Garnish with additional hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles and green onions, if desired. Serve with tortilla-style protein chips and fresh vegetables.
