Description

Velveeta fans, this one's for you. This creamy concoction is just as good as a dip as it is drizzled over a pile of nachos.

2 (8 oz each) pkgs Hy-Vee cream cheese
1 (16 oz) container Hy-Vee sour cream
¾ c. hot sauce
1 c. cubed Velveeta
1 (1.12 oz) packet Hy-Vee ranch dressing mix
Deer Creek The Fawn cheese, shredded
Crumbled blue cheese, chives and hot sauce, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, Velveeta and dry dressing mix. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until cheeses are melted and smooth, about 15 minutes.
  2. Transfer dip to a bowl and serve garnished with shredded cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chives and a drizzle of hot sauce.
