Directions
- Lightly brush steaks with olive oil; season steaks evenly with rub. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat. Grill steaks to desired doneness, turning once. Allow 12 to 15 minutes for medium-rare (130 degrees) or 15 to 18 minutes for medium (140 degrees). Let steaks rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with Garlic and Herb-Grilled Sweet Potato Fries, if desired.
