Taco Chip Burgers
Servings and Ingredients
|1 ½ lbs. 85% lean ground beef|
|1 packet(s) (1.25 oz) Hy-Vee taco seasoning|
|2 tbsp. diced Vidalia onion|
|¾ c. crushed Hy-Vee tortilla chips|
|Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste|
|6 Hy-Vee hamburger buns|
|6 slice(s) fresh tomato|
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning, onion, chips, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
- Grill 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve each on a hamburger bun topped with sliced tomato.
