2 tbsp.diced Vidalia onion
¾ c.crushed Hy-Vee tortilla chips
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper to taste
6Hy-Vee hamburger buns
6 slice(s)fresh tomato

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, taco seasoning, onion, chips, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
  2. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  3. Serve each on a hamburger bun topped with sliced tomato.
