Servings and Ingredients
|¾ lbs. lean ground beef|
|¾ lbs. ground pork|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee taco seasoning|
|6 Hy-Vee whole wheat hamburger buns, split and toasted|
|Hy-Vee pepper jack cheese slices, Hy-Vee taco sauce, lettuce leaves, for serving|
- Combine beef, pork and taco seasoning and form into 6 patties.
- Prepare grill. Grill patties for 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, turning the burgers halfway through cooking.
- Serve burgers on buns. Top patties with cheese, taco sauce and lettuce, if desired.
