Directions
Press each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place 8 biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet.
Top each biscuit with 1/4 cup taco filling and 1 tablespoon cheese. Place remaining biscuits on top and press lightly to sandwich the filling inside.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden-brown. Serve with shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream, if desired.
