Spinach Mushroom Casserole
Servings and Ingredients
|1 lbs. fresh mushrooms|
|2 packet(s) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained|
|1 tsp. garlic salt|
|¼ c. butter, melted|
|¼ c. chopped onion|
|1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided|
- Saute mushrooms with lemon juice. Squeeze moisture out of spinach.
- Mix spinach with garlic salt, melted butter and onion. Line bottom and sides of an 8-inch square pan with spinach, like a pie crust.
- Layer 1/2 cup grated cheese and sauteed mushrooms. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
