2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 tsp. taco seasoning or chili powder
1 ½ to 2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
2 (7 oz each) containers original hummus
Guacamole, as desired
Shredded lettuce and spinach
Shredded Colby jack cheese
Diced tomatoes
Sliced olives


  1. Add the cilantro and seasoning to the yogurt and mix well. Spread the hummus on the bottom of your dish. Layer the guacamole on the hummus, then the yogurt mixture on the guacamole. Top with lettuce mixture, shredded cheese, tomatoes and olives as desired.
