1 (15.5 oz) can beans (cannellini, chickpeas, black beans, etc.), rinsed and drained
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
¼ c. water
1 tbsp. canola oil
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¼ c. salsa, optional
¼ c. low-fat yogurt, optional

Directions

  1. Using a blender, mix beans, garlic, water, canola oil, salt and pepper.
  2. For extra kick, add 1/4 cup salsa.
  3. For thicker dip, add 1/4 cup low-fat yogurt. Serve with cut-up fresh veggies.
