|1 c. organic cottage cheese, softened|
|1 c. light sour cream|
|1 medium English cucumber, peeled and chopped|
|¼ c. sliced green onions|
|2 tbsp. lemon juice|
|2 tsp. chopped fresh dill weed|
|⅛ tsp. freshly ground pepper|
|Fresh vegetables and pita bread wedges, if desired|
- In medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, green onions, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables and pita bread wedges, if desired.
