1 (4.25 oz) can Hy-Vee chopped ripe olives
1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee diced green chilies
2 tomatoes, diced
¼ c. diced green onion
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar
½ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
Hy-Vee salt and black pepper to taste
Hy-Vee scoop corn chips, optional

Directions

  1. Stir together olives, chilies, tomatoes, green onion, vinegar, garlic powder, oil, salt and pepper until combined. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  2. Serve with corn chips if desired.
