¼ c. salsa | ||
1 tbsp. chili powder | ||
1-2 green onions, finely sliced (optional) | ||
¼ c. corn (optional) | ||

Additional finely sliced green onions and corn, for garnish |
Directions
- In a blender, pulse cottage cheese, salsa, and chili powder until smooth.
- If desired, stir in corn and green onions. Season dip, to taste, with salt and pepper.
- Chill dip at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with additional finely sliced green onions and corn, if desired.
