|7 tbsp.||Hy-Vee all-purpose flour|
|3 tbsp.||turkey drippings|
|3 c.||Swanson chicken broth|
|Kosher salt, to taste|

Add turkey drippings. Stir in broth, 1 cup at a time, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to boiling before adding additional cups of broth. Once all liquid has been added, bring to a boil. Season, to taste, with salt. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer. Serve warm.
