    2 c. mango, pitted, peeled, and chopped
    1 c. snow peas, halved
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 (3-oz. each) Ramen noodles, any flavor, discard seasoning packets
    ⅓ c. seasoned rice vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    4 tsp. Hy-Vee less-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. sesame seeds
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee canola oil

    Directions

    1. Toss together broccoli slaw, mango, snow peas, and green onions. Break up raw ramen noodles; discard seasoning packets. Toss ramen with slaw mixture. Whisk together seasoned rice vinegar, granulated, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Whisk in canola oil. Toss slaw with vinaigrette, coating well. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
