½ c. margarine, softened
1 c. white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 (16 oz) can chocolate syrup
1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. rice flour
½ c. potato starch


  1. Cream margarine and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, chocolate syrup, vanilla, salt, rice flour and potato starch. Mix well.
  3. Spread into a baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
