    Unlike other quesadillas, this one uses store-bought buffalo chicken dip. Just spread it on the tortillas, top with cheese and cook. Then you can use kitchen scissors to easily cut each half into triangles.

    Hy-Vee Kitchen buffalo chicken dip
    Medium flour tortillas
    Hy-Vee shredded Colby jack cheese
    Vegetable oil
    Toppings: sour cream and Hy-Vee fresh salsa

    Things To Grab


      1. Spread buffalo chicken dip on half of a tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and fold other side of tortilla over top. Repeat as desired for additional quesadillas.

      2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add quesadillas and cook until tortilla is toasted and golden and cheese is melted inside.
      3. Serve with sour cream and fresh salsa.
