Spread buffalo chicken dip on half of a tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and fold other side of tortilla over top. Repeat as desired for additional quesadillas.
Unlike other quesadillas, this one uses store-bought buffalo chicken dip. Just spread it on the tortillas, top with cheese and cook. Then you can use kitchen scissors to easily cut each half into triangles.

- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add quesadillas and cook until tortilla is toasted and golden and cheese is melted inside.
