|1 (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened|
|2 Hy-Vee burrito-size tortillas|
|2 green onions, thinly sliced|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee big bad buffalo sauce, plus additional for serving|
|2 tbsp. Hy-Vee ranch seasoning powder, dry|
|2 tbsp. bleu cheese, crumbles, optional|

Spread cream cheese mixture on 2/3 of a tortilla; top with green onions and place chicken on the outermost cream cheese-covered side.
Starting on the side with the chicken, tightly roll. Tightly wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour. Remove plastic and cut roll into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with additional buffalo sauce, if desired.
