|1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces|
|¼ c. water|
|Kosher salt, to taste|
|Hy-Vee ground black pepper, to taste|
|1 c. Hickory House big bad buffalo sauce|
|¼ c. Hy-Vee unsalted butter|

Place cauliflower on sheet pan, season with salt and pepper. Add water to pan and cover with aluminum foil; bake for 25 minutes.
Mix melted butter and wing sauce in a large bowl. Remove cauliflower from oven and toss with sauce.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
