    1 (8 oz) block 1/3-less-fat Neufchatel cheese, softened
    ½ c. Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    ½ c. shredded 2%-milk mozzarella cheese
    ¼ c. light ranch dressing
    ¼ c. plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    2 (10 oz each) cans 98% fat-free chunk white chicken breast in water, drained
    Celery sticks, for serving
    Blue cheese, for garnish


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and stir until smooth. Mix in Frank's RedHot, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing and yogurt. Stir in chicken until thoroughly combined. Spoon mixture evenly into an 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until mixture is heated through.
    4. Serve on celery sticks. Garnish with blue cheese, if desired.
