Three-Cheese Buffalo Chicken Nachos

|1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos scoops|
|1 ½ c. Frank's RedHot buffalo wings sauce|
|½ c. water|
|4 c. shredded cooked chicken breasts|
|1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese|
|1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese|
|4 oz. blue cheese crumbles|
|½ c. chopped celery|
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread tortilla chips on a rimmed baking sheet or on an oven-safe serving platter.
- Bring wing sauce and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chicken and simmer for 15 minutes. Drain chicken and reserve the sauce. Top the chips with the chicken. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses over chicken.
- Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Drizzle with reserved wing sauce. Top with blue cheese crumbles and celery. Return to the oven and bake another 2 minutes.
