    2 tsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted
    1 tsp. grated lime peel
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee pineapple juice
    ⅓ c. lime juice
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
    2 medium firm, ripe papayas, peeled, seeded, halved
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    2 c. Hy-Vee fat-free vanilla yogurt, divided
    8 tsp. granola, divided

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. In an 11-by-7-inch baking pan, stir together butter, lime peel, pineapple juice, lime juice and honey.
    3. Place papaya halves cut-side-down in honey mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    4. Bake for 15 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
    5. In four serving bowls, place 1/2 cup yogurt. Top with papaya half and 1 tsp sauce. Sprinkle each papaya with 2 teaspoons granola.
