    ¼ c.graham cracker crumbs, divided
    1(3.5 oz) pkg cheesecake instant pudding
    1 ¾ c.Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c.strawberry pie filling, divided
    c.white chocolate chips
    ¼ tsp.heaping Hy-Vee vegetable shortening

    Directions

    1. Evenly divided crumbs among four small serving bowls. Gently press crumbs to make flat.
    2. Stir together pudding and milk according to package directions. Evenly pour pudding mixture over crumbs in each bowl. Refrigerate.
    3. To serve, spoon 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling over pudding in one bowl. Repeat for remaining bowls.
    4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chips and shortening. Microwave 15 seconds on HIGH. Stir. Repeat 15-second intervals until melted. Spoon evenly over strawberries.
