Strawberries and Chocolate Dessert
Servings and Ingredients
|¼ c.||graham cracker crumbs, divided|
|1||(3.5 oz) pkg cheesecake instant pudding|
|1 ¾ c.||Hy-Vee skim milk|
|1 c.||strawberry pie filling, divided|
|⅓ c.||white chocolate chips|
|¼ tsp.||heaping Hy-Vee vegetable shortening|
- Evenly divided crumbs among four small serving bowls. Gently press crumbs to make flat.
- Stir together pudding and milk according to package directions. Evenly pour pudding mixture over crumbs in each bowl. Refrigerate.
- To serve, spoon 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling over pudding in one bowl. Repeat for remaining bowls.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chips and shortening. Microwave 15 seconds on HIGH. Stir. Repeat 15-second intervals until melted. Spoon evenly over strawberries.
