    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 (1.34 oz) pkg Hy-Vee sugar-free, fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee light whipped topping, thawed, divided
    32 reduced-fat vanilla wafers, divided
    2 (6 oz each) containers fresh raspberries, divided

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth. Let stand for 2 minutes.
    2. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
    3. Place 16 wafers on the bottom of an ungreased 8-by-8-inch pan. Top with half of the pudding mixture and 1 carton of raspberries.
    4. Repeat layers.
    5. Spread top with remaining whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
