2 c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee butter, melted | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee powdered sugar | ||
1 (8 oz) package Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee sweetened condensed milk | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
⅓ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 (21 oz each) cans Hy-Vee apple pie filling | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press mixture into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into cooled crust.
- Stir together brown sugar and pie filling. Spoon over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Cool on a metal rack.
