    ½ c. finely chopped red bell pepper
    ½ c. finely chopped broccoli
    ½ c. shredded carrots
    1 (6.4 oz) pouch Hy-Vee light chunk tuna
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing
    3 multi-grain pita pockets

    Directions

    1. Combine lettuce, red pepper, broccoli and carrots in a medium bowl. Combine tuna and ranch dressing; stir tuna mixture into lettuce mixture until combined.
    2. Place about 1/2 cup tuna mixture into each pita pocket.
