    ½ c.finely chopped red bell pepper
    ½ c.finely chopped broccoli
    ½ c.shredded carrots
    1(6.4 oz) pouch Hy-Vee light chunk tuna
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee light ranch dressing
    3multi-grain pita pockets

    Directions

    1. Combine lettuce, red pepper, broccoli and carrots in a medium bowl. Combine tuna and ranch dressing; stir tuna mixture into lettuce mixture until combined.
    2. Place about 1/2 cup tuna mixture into each pita pocket.
