3 c. uncooked Hy-Vee wide egg noodles | ||
2 (6 oz each) cans Chicken of the Sea solid white albacore tuna in spring water, drained | ||
½ c. diced red bell pepper | ||
½ c. diced zucchini | ||
1 shallot, minced | ||
½ c. chopped fresh basil | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee finely shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, red bell pepper, zucchini, shallot and basil.
- Stir in egg noodles and Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
