2 (6 oz each) cans Hy-Vee tuna, drained | ||
1 c. halved grapes | ||
1 ½ c. chopped celery | ||
1 large apple, unpeeled, cored and diced | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee fat-free lemon chiffon yogurt | ||
1 tbsp. minced onion | ||
2 tsp. lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. ground turmeric |
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix tuna, grapes, celery and apple together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, onion, lemon juice and turmeric together.
- Pour yogurt mixture over tuna mixture and gently toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until chilled.
