    2 (6 oz each) cans Hy-Vee tuna, drained
    1 c. halved grapes
    1 ½ c. chopped celery
    1 large apple, unpeeled, cored and diced
    ½ c. Hy-Vee fat-free lemon chiffon yogurt
    1 tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ground turmeric

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, mix tuna, grapes, celery and apple together.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt, onion, lemon juice and turmeric together.
    3. Pour yogurt mixture over tuna mixture and gently toss to coat.
    4. Cover and refrigerate for an hour or until chilled.
