    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    4 oz. light or fat-free cream cheese, softened
    1 can(s) low-sodium canned tuna, drained
    2 tbsp. minced onion
    1 tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    whole wheat bread, crackers or tortillas, for serving
    lettuce, pickle, cucumber and tomato, for serving

    Directions

    1. Mix hard-boiled egg slices, cream cheese, tuna, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice together.
    2. Spread on desired grain, such as whole wheat bread, crackers or tortilla. Top with desired veggies (such as lettuce, pickle, cucumber and tomato).
