1 small zucchini, thinly sliced | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced mushrooms | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
1 c. halved cherry tomatoes | ||
1 (24 oz) jar Prego Heart Smart Italian sauce |
Directions
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic, zucchini and mushrooms in olive oil over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in Italian sauce and simmer until hot.
- Serve sauce over hot, cooked spaghetti.
