Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Halve squash lengthwise; remove and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut sides down, in a baking pan.

Bake uncovered, for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Scrap baked squash with a fork to create strands and remove flesh from shells.
